Every girl deserves the opportunity to attend school, participate fully in learning and pursue her ambitions without preventable barriers.
For some girls, limited access to sanitary pads and other menstrual hygiene essentials can make managing their periods difficult and may contribute to missed school days, discomfort and reduced confidence.
CEPI seeks to support schoolgirls and vulnerable girls in Tanzania’s Lake Victoria region by improving access to sanitary pads and essential menstrual hygiene supplies.
